Delivery & Returns
We will always try to deliver your item within 14 - 28 days, however some out of stock items could take longer, you will be informed of out of stock items via e-mail.
The courier will ring you 3 - 4 days prior to delivery.
When the vehicle is loaded you will receive a personalised text message to your phone informing you of the delivery status.
The driver will give you a courtesy call 1 hour prior to delivery (no waiting around all day!)
The driver will deliver to a downstairs room of your choice (upstairs only if it is safe for the driver to do so).
The driver will wait while you inspect your item(s) and you will then sign a ‘safe delivery’ receipt once you are happy your item(s) are in perfect condition. Should there be any damage you must note so on the receipt so issues can be dealt with. Failure to do this will result in any claims being void.

RETURNS & FAULTY ITEMS
We hope you'll always love your items but for whatever reason if you wish to return an item, you must contact us via e-mail to email@example.com during your seven day cooling off period.
If you wish to return an item you need to let us know within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
We can arrange a courier on the customers behalf and all costs will be payable to Around The House Furniture. Costs start at £27 for smaller items such as lamps and side tables ranging to £70 for larger items such as dining tables. A quote will be provided and the amount deducted from the refund.
In the unlikely event your item is delivered damaged or is faulty, we will cover the costs to replace the item.
Please ensure all items are packaged securely to avoid damage during return delivery. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.
All return costs are the customers responsibility (unless damaged or faulty) and you must make sure the product has sufficient insurance in case of damage during transit. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit during their return if you have arranged your own courier.
